Lisa O'Connor Therapeutic Massage
Inherently compassionate, Lisa has always been drawn to health and well-being for self and others. In 1994 , she graduated from the massage program at The Humanities School of Allied Health in Pinellas Park, Florida.
Over the past two decades, Lisa has been trained in many bodywork modalities; including Neuro Muscular, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Positional Release, Swedish and Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Bamboo Fusion. The past four years, Lisa has trained and incorporated Ashiatsu into her repertoire, a deep tissue fan favorite! And more recently, Fascia Blasting has made its way into Lisa's practice after rehabilitating her own chronic back pain with this revolutionary tool. Lisa uses a fusion of these therapies to deliver a personalized massage as unique as each individual client.
Lisa also studied at Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York, New York.
