My Story
Since 1987, I’ve been successfully working with people who’ve struggled with depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions and relationship problems. I have a Master’s degree in counseling from the University of South Florida (1992), and hold the following professional credentials:
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Board Certified Master Addiction Counselor
Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist
Certified Master Relationship Coach
I am also the author of Marry YourSelf First! Saying “I Do” to a Life of Passion, Power, Purpose and Prosperity.
My approach with counseling clients is individualized, personable, confidential and solution-oriented. I blend together the best approach depending on the client’s unique personality and the presenting issue. My goal is to help clients better cope with the presenting problems, as well as develop the skill-sets for long term and permanent recovery.
