Published The Road to Hell and Back, a book focused on overcoming my personal struggles over 12 years of my life to inspire and help others do the same
• Delivered speeches on conquering depression for Ignite Tampa Bay and mental health support groups
• Interviewed 15 entrepreneurs with depression, bipolar, and anxiety to share specific techniques with business owners for managing health while building their businesses
This was an excellent opportunity to do two things:
* Increase awareness and acceptance of mental health issues
* Build skills in public speaking and presenting by presenting the most private of issues in public forums and by discussing those issues on TV.
